Finding Peace is a professional and confidential service offering counselling, hypnotherapy and reiki. I currently have rooms in Paraparaumu Kapiti Coast and Levin.
I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental service, helping people to find ways to have more peace in their lives and achieve the goals and changes they wish to achieve.
As a counsellor I work with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) Code of Ethics to provide a safe and ethical foundation for my work.

COUNSELLING
As a counsellor I work with different counselling therapies using Client Centered Practice as a foundation for therapy.
Sometimes we need help and support to work through the stages we are at in our lives. Having somebody we can trust to talk to and who will listen to us without judgement can be the first step.
WHO AM I?!
I have lived in Wellington all my life and have currently settled in Lower Hutt.
As a professional counsellor I work with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) Code of Ethics to create a safe and ethical foundation to work from.
I completed my Bachelor of Counselling degree in 2008 at Weltec in Wellington.
The special area of interest I have worked in is with trauma, depression and grief. I have experience in working with people from the domestic and sexual violence sector and many other walks of life, providing counselling and support.
